Privacy policy

mserv-gmail-tool is a personal tool. Its only user is the owner of the Gmail account it connects to.

What it accesses

With the owner's permission, it reads messages and attachments, creates drafts, applies labels and archives messages in the owner's own Gmail account, through Google's Gmail API.

What it does with that data

• Data stays on the owner's own computer. Nothing is sent to any server other than Google's.
• Nothing is sold, shared or transferred to anyone.
• Nothing is used for advertising or to train AI models.
• The tool cannot send email.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
